FW Upgrade Problem DS0201 BenF don't work and 4.X stock is in slowmotion

Hi !

I'm new here ! I was stupid to touch a running system.

I want to upgrade my DS0201. The Informations from Bootloader Screen:



Serial:E3BE99E3 License ECC72794 Device Firmware Upgrade V3.22A

Till now i update by pushing - +On to come in bootloader and upload the hex files on the storage. The upload via DfuSeDemo don't work for me, the Software cant find my device.

My device comes with a Micso SD slot, but it can't read my 16gb card when i push in the card, and don't start if the card is already inside and i try then to turn it on.



First i tried these Benf Versions the first Version comes with a screen error and stopped on initial Screen "Benf Version XXX" please wait.... Then i take a different Benf Version, same thing but without screen error. Now i was looking on the Website that is printet on the back minidso.com. There i found new Firmwares 4.X Version(i think stock Versions). The Versions work generally but slow as run Windows 7 with a 386 Intel CPU. That means push a button and wait half a minute to react. I can't use it for measures.

I don't know if this info help to find out my device version, it has white buttons to control.

Any Idea what Firmware could fit to my device ?Or where to get stock Firmware ?

Not use DfuSeDemo upgrade

Only support 2 g the TF card

Benf firmware Version is not the official firmware, we are unable to ensure the normal operation of him

Firmwares 4 X Version, when using measurement, please don't use PC USB connection

It's indeed the usb connection what make it so slow ! While update process it was everytime on computer usb slot , not on usb charger. Now it works.

I thought i can't get it to work anymore and bought a second dso (203 quad) , now
