Need help to configure

Hi,
My input is a stimulation positive square signal of 40-50V amplitude, 40-60 µs width at every 2 seconds (0.5Hz).
Is it possible to obtain the exact values of amplitude, width and frequency measured by DS203? if yes, how can I configure it? I still not find the way to to that.

input is a stimulation positive square signal of 40-50V amplitude,So you had better use x10 probe.
The time base is set to 50 us,May be able to test  width and values of amplitude.

not better with the x10 probe and with the time base set to50us. The frequency (0.5Hz) is still not calculated.
Is it normal that the frequency calculation does not work? I also do not see the spikes when the time base is set to 1s, is it because the frequency is too low or the stimulation too sharp?

Because the frequency of the signal is too low, so it is difficult to measure, you adjust the time base on 2 s, storage depth to 360 k, because the time base, longer time is required for testing.
