DC connector broken

Hello,

the DC connector PIN of my TS100 broke after the second use. Now the device is nearly unusable.

What can I do now? Where can I get a replacement connector or replacement device?

Hi,
I have exactly the same problem on my soldering iron. The central pine is broken. I sent an email to the address indicated but I never had an answer.
