Because my USB-C power supply was compatible with PD3.1.
So , the MHP50 was repeatedly rebooting.
Therefore, I tried to update firmware V2.1.
After following the procedure and MHP50APPV201.hex changed to MHP50APPV201.rdy, I copied MHP50UIV200.hex to MHP50, but it resulted in an error.
After that, no matter how many times I tried, the error occurred and I could not rewrite the firmware.
And now, when I plug in the USB-C power supply, it just displays the MINIWARE logo and won't work.
What operating system are you using? Can you try WIN7 and WIN10?
It is recommended to turn off the firewall and anti-virus software, and use the USB port directly from the computer motherboard.
If the ERR file still appears, it may be a compatibility issue with the WINDWOWS driver. Please try other computer.
