License Request DSO DS203

Hello,
after an attempt to upgrade the firmware, my DSO203 (HW V2.72, Sys V1.62) with Serial No 8114B399 requests a License Key.
=> Can this license still be provided for such a device, please?

It also shows a FPGA Configuration Error - is the correct FPGA file still available for flashing?

But if it shows an FPGA error, you can only return it to the factory for repair.

OK thanks for the quick answer.
Regarding the FPGA it tells "please load the FPGA data"...

And sorry - with 680EE7DD it tells a SYSTEM LICENCE ERROR.
Is there a second possible licence key for my serial #8114B399 ?

Regarding the FPGA, it tells "please load the FPG data" - thats why I expected it can be solved by flashing.

After entering licence 680EE7DD at the start screen it tells a "System Licence Error!" - is there a second possible key for my serial #8114B399 ?

You can try the unlock code 52AB535A, but the FPGA error requires basic factory repair. If you can mail it back, we can help you repair it.
