TS1C not saving config after firmware update to 1.6

after updating the station firmware using the file TS1C_APP_Ctrl_User_H180_V160.hex
when disconnecting power and connecting again, it forgets the config and goes back to 0 in the temp step
changing the temperature using the rotating knope doesn't work when first stating the iron,
going into settings I find that the temp step setting is 0
changing it 1 or any other value works
but disconnecting power and connecting again it goes back to 0

hardware version number 1.0
I fixed it by formatting the config drive in Windows to FAT because the config drive wasn't recognized after the firmware update and I wasn't even able to write files to it.
You should include that in the firmware update instructions. Thanks!
