After several hours of use, my soldering station suddenly started displaying the message NO TIP! and the tip stopped heating up. I contacted the seller, who provided the firmware file "TS1C_pen_APP_NoHight_R_Test.hex" sized 285765 bytes to fix the problem. But after I transfer the firmware file to the soldering iron as per the instructions, the file gets renamed to "TS1C_P~1.ERR".
Please help with the solution!
