hi, i've recently bought a ts80p iron but i can't use it for the following reason: No tip found

so before comming on this forum, i tried a few things, mainly:8 i7 a+ f; y: P: o5 {4 c) j1 V4 E
# R1 o& v3 Y( \0 y9 O/ Rchecking if the tip was properly plugged in, that didn't fix the issue

checking the power given to the iron, that didn't fix it either! N; K) `3 f: o! u
3 W7 S# G z7 L, Q3 v4 ]checking the software and reinstalling it, that didn't fix it.& m9 u8 n! Z4 O" D7 {: O
) H+ K) b) f5 x4 {5 G0 j$ W3 S. l6 }" \7 M1 d/ W& D
So i'd like to know if it is possible to wipe out the bootloader and software to reinstall a previous version, because right now if i try to install a previous version, the output of it is a .ERR file (i tried redownloading a bootloader from miniware's github, tried to pass the bootloader, got a .ERR, tried the runtime, got .ERR, i tried to look into it but they all gave me .ERR, the only .RDY i got was when reinstalling the 1.3 version, which is the faulty one)
