hi, i've recently bought a ts80p iron but i can't use it for the following reason: No tip found

so before comming on this forum, i tried a few things, mainly:" B* B9 P. X- X# d, h4 O$ [; G
1 i' H1 {, M7 G/ @checking if the tip was properly plugged in, that didn't fix the issue
# d$ E* q- C9 h1 w" ?% c. J6 `6 ~4 c: r' q( y6 r, F/ U
checking the power given to the iron, that didn't fix it either

2 v( j7 o$ S) \. Xchecking the software and reinstalling it, that didn't fix it.

So i'd like to know if it is possible to wipe out the bootloader and software to reinstall a previous version, because right now if i try to install a previous version, the output of it is a .ERR file (i tried redownloading a bootloader from miniware's github, tried to pass the bootloader, got a .ERR, tried the runtime, got .ERR, i tried to look into it but they all gave me .ERR, the only .RDY i got was when reinstalling the 1.3 version, which is the faulty one)
