A list of official Miniware resellers

I would like to suggest an official list of resellers so potential customers can know where to buy Miniware products officially.

I have only found occasional links within forums, so a centralized resource stating where to buy Miniware products would be excellent.

Also, as a seperate but related topic, it would help to know if morningtools is the same company/official.
