TS101 Low Voltage

When I press Heating button , it still shows "Low Voltage!" message. I have powerbank and cellphone adapter supports PD2.0 (3.0)
I can enter to setup only , byt can't run Heating process. Powerbank display shows 5.0V. DC input works (powerbank with DC 5525 output connector) - TS101 shows 20V and heats very quickly. TS101 firmware version is V2.01. Where is the problem?

What power cord are you using? A USB C to C power cable is required for PD power supply.
If it still can't heat, it may be that your PD power supply is not enough, please set the "PD PW MAX" menu to reduce the power.

I used original TS100 usb C cable, than tried original cable  delivered with powerbank. Tried oll options in PD MAX menu, nothing helped. As I described above power supply (powerbank) is for charging all portable devices including notebooks (laptops) too - 65W max /30000 mAh

The TS100 soldering iron kit does not include a power cord and a data cable. Can you try to use a USB-C to USB-C power cord and use a PD charging head above 45W? If so, try to change the option in the "PD PW MAX" menu.

Sorry i have TS101 of course which usb-c cable have included

My mistake - I have TS101, that is what we trying to solve here all the time, with usb-c cable included in kit of course. I tried aal what you write - my reply above, and nothing helped
