TS101 - No Tip Message

I replaced the original TS-B2 tip with a TS-D24 tip and when the soldering iron heats up I get the NO TIP message. Long pressing 'A' key says the tip resistance is 7.8 ohms. Is this normal? What else can I check?

Is the TS-K tip is faulty?, or is the soldering iron faulty? Or is this normal?

Im having the same problem even with original MINI tips. I thought it was a bad iron so i got another and same issue. Ive sent a message to service@morningtools.com with no response. My Pine64 Pencil V2 has not problem using any of the 6 tips i have including MINI tip and heats up to 450c.
I would like some help to get this fixed thank you.
