Display shows noise

Hi. My power module is showing noise in the display. It gets worse as I try to navigate trough the menu. The device is new, it is the first time I use it. I have updated the firmware but still the same.
I have tried to upload a picture but it failed every time.

The previous post is a link to a picture of the problem.

Here is what I have tried:

-Upgrade firmware of both
-Downgrade and then upgrade again
-Different power supplies (both USB, plug, batteries)
-Different cables

When the device is in DFU it shows the serial number and DFU version correctly
