ES 120 PLUS Doesn't work after upgrade

After downloading firmware 1.13, it stopped working. It can scroll by 1 mm and stop or shut off altogether. It turns on after that only through the USB cable. Tell me where can I download the firmware for ES 120 PLUS that comes with the purchase?
