saving csv or buf file problem

I have problem to save csv and buf file, the system screen will hang and it will not complete. when i press other button it doesnt respond so I have to restart everytime and when i use file explorer i realize it is 0bytes and the file is not able to open.
Pls let me know how to resolve this problem.

Please try to format the flash disk with "fat" format.
