ES121 Stopped working

I have used this nice device for a month.
Now it doesn't turn on,
I thought that battery is empty and have connect it to the charger.
OLED does not light and screwdriver body becomes hot.
I have disassembled the screwdriver and disconnected the motor and battery.
Connected to PC by USB and pressed the button.
OLED shows one time only DFU:3.44,
Now PC recognises as unknown device.
The CYL marked SOT23-5 part is hot

Is it possible to get the schematics diagram?

Can a new electronics send to me?
