Faulty ES121 (Screen doesn't work)?

I bought an ES121 from Banggood. I received the product yesterday. When I press the button the screwdriver turns but the screen doesn't work. No display on the screen. I shot a video to show the problem: https://www.dropbox.com/s/npmajgebtsmymkn/ES121_display_problem.mp4?dl=0

I sent a message to Banggood about the problem. They suggest to follow the instructions in the manual! I think they are kidding me. This screwdriver isn't a complicated device. When you press the button the screen should display, it's that simple.

I also wanted to ask here: Am I using the product wrong or is it faulty?
