HOW CAN I UPGRADE FIRMWARE ON MY DS211

Hi everybody,
this is my very first post.
Ineed some helpmplease.
I purchased my LOVELY little DS 211 OSCILLOSCOPE from EBAY about 4 maybe 5 years ago.I wanted to do a firmware upgrade, but i follow the instructions in the user guide supplied and nothing happens.
Could someone please help me and explain how to do this correctly.
I would really appreciate the help.

Please try to get in the DFU mode, and copy the "DS211.V1.25.hex" to DFU disk.
And you can see a "rdy" file.
