Problem with firmware upgrade

Thank you for the latest firmware for DS213.But I couldn't upload the file to the oscilloscope, the file copy progress cuts off midway then it shows "the file is too big for the file system".
After that, the drive turns inaccessible. (The drive has 1.96MB of free space and the file takes 1.2MB)
I've also tried with K2 button, changing the file extension and name, but nothing got to success.
I'm using Windows 10 64bit Home edition with Korean language set. What can I do?

Can you try an other computer? WIN7 is better.

Eventually I found a way.

1. Change the file name to "._" without the quotation marks.
2. Copy it to the drive root.
3. Restore the file name to the original one.

By doing this, you can copy the firmware file to the drive without any errors.
However, there was also an error. The file's extension changes to .err after copying and nothing changes.
