I recently purchased ES121 and I opened the box and it was not working. Even any little light from it ? No, and the company banggood is telling me that I have to change the firmware of it. It does not responding to a charger or a pc usb connection, How can I update or change firmware or load something in it. I do not know. What should I do. Any suggestion?
