TS80 homemade power banck

I bought an QC 3.0 Anker PowerCore Speed 20000mAh working very fine with the TS80. But i was also reconditionning 18650 from laptop battery.
having plenty of cells in my carton box i decided to build a custom battery pack.
I ordered a chip on banggod supposed to be qc3.0 compatible, but in fact i was unable to really power my TS80.
This is when i remember i also have an ISDT battery charge tester which can also charge via usb, powered by lipo.
I tested it with the TS80 and it worked like a charm.
