Problem with button K2

Good day, everybody.
I have a problem with my TS100.
After static electric shock the iron stopped working.
Now, after the power is applied, it seems as though the button K2 always pressed.
The button itself is OK, so i think the problem with STM32.

Maybe some components are damaged by static electricity, but I can't judge where the problem is only by the video.

Button K2 directly connect to STM32 pin number 13. I checked resistance between this pin and ground. It always equal 147 Ohm. So i think this exit of STM32 is broken.
Can you sell separately PCB with STM32 already firmwared?
