TS100 always restarts when press button A

Hello! Just received my new TS100 (v2.18) - but it's not heating up. When I plug in 24v 3a power supply, the TS100 boots up, shows v2.18 firmware and then tells to press button A, but when I press it - it doesn't heat up and just restarts again. When I press button B, it shows 24.15v and room temperature.
Here are settings in my config file:

The power is too big. Try it with a smaller power supply.

Why 24V 3A is too big?? It is ideal power supply according to TS100 manual which clearly says: 24V voltage and >2.7A current gives 65W power and 11 seconds to heat up from 30℃ to 300℃ - isn't?
I tried it with 18V 0.17A and 12V 400mA - the same problem, when pressing button A the TS100 just restarts. Please help what's wrong??

Press the "A" button to restart the black screen, is there any error message?

You should try to see if version 2.12 firmware has the same problem, if there should be a problem with this TS100.

18V 0.17A and 12V 400mA are not acceptable.

I tried 2.11 and 2.12 firmware - the same problem. It is definitely something wrong with official firmware, because when I installed ralim firmware - everything started working immediately like a charm.
