ts100(pro32) usb no connection

I have tried on 4 different computers now and 5 different wires, 3 windows operating system and 1 mac, none will even notice i have it plugged in. The soldering iron will show dfu or config on its display, but nothing comes up on any of my computers

The screen was displayed but the computer didn't respond, and the USB port was broken

The screen says "CONFIG" or "DFU MODE" and neither one shows a USB drive. Device manager shows no device errors, and it does not refresh at all when plugging in

It's best to use the usb 3.0 interface, and if you try, if you can't, we'll get you a new one

I fixed my problem! I had to try *SIX* different USB cables before one would work, but it did connect and I was able to update the firmware correctly.
