my dso203 hw v2.72 has a serial number 922FC96E

i have additional 3 questions:
1) my current app is v1.13 and sys v160. could i update sys to v1.62 w/o a risk to brick my dso203?
2) how can i get a current fpga version and in case i have an older version than 2.61, could i update it w/o a risk as well?
3) is it possible to buy a new battery?
