Different temperature when working and in temp mode

When soldering, temperature is set to 300C and it shows that is stable, but when I turn off soldering iron and enter temperature mode (button B) it shows 320C. I tried temperature calibration. What could be the problem?

Display temperature can only be used as a reference, there is a certain error. The error at high temperature is larger than that at low temperature.
