OSX issue

Hello !

My brand new TS100 is plugged using USB to my Macbook Air, DFU mode is enabled (v3.43) but I cannot see any new volume mounting anywhere.

Did I miss something ?

To try a few times more, UBS line connected to the MBA of USB2.0 interface, a disk volume label is a serial number, such as C2C3A3E7.

I tried a lot, using a Macbook Air, an iMac and an Ubuntu box.
Nothing happens.

I took a look at dmesg but nothing is added when I plug the soldering iron in DFU mode (linux and osx).
By the way, nothing happens neither when I plug it in config mode.

Is there an issue with my TS100 ?

I just tried with a Windows 10 professional : As using Osx or Ubuntu, nothing happened.
What can I do ?
Am I supposed to contact my dealer' support in order to send my TS100 back ?
