the soldering iron does not react to pressing the button to start heating

I bought a soldering iron , got out of the box , installed the stinger , connected to 12 volts power supply , the soldering iron turned on , the firmware was 2.10 , after animation it does not respond to pressing the button to start heating . went to flash a different firmware , didn't help. what to do ? how to solve the problem ? video is already sent in the mail service@minidso.com

!!! such an expensive soldering iron and worked straight out of the box !!! I solved the problem with a soldering iron , the problem at the software level , another bug in the firmware . it was solved by changing values in the firmware

Please try to use the 19VDC power supply.
Or,Please reset the configuration file to “Turn Off v=9” since the default is set “TurnOff v=10”as below:

thanks for the advice . but the problem remained , namely the variability of the soldering iron 12 volt , from 19-24 working fine .
