My TS100 stopped working :(

Hi all,

Iv'e received my TS100 2 weeks ago...
used it a couple of times by now.
just now, in the middle of working with it, it cooled down and now it won't heat up to 300 again!
iv'e tried reset power a few times, switched to 5 different power adapters, different tips....

any ideas?

tips=soldering tips/heads...
non of the usual errors... just not worming up...

i would prefer to deal directly with you guys and not with "Banggood", it will be easier...
i'll send it asap with the box and the soldering tip.
just it will be hard to part from this amazing tool for so long
